Have you logged in via PPPoE before? If not, your default username will not be listed in the PPPoE User Manager.

Packages in our service will only show 'Login Details' if the service package is set to 'Active'.

To View PPPoE Information:

1. Please login to your ClientArea. 
2. Select "Service Management" for the respective Cable/DSL package.
3. Select "Login Details" from the left page contents listing.
4. Username and Password are listed in main body of page.

To Manage PPPoE Information:

1. Please login to your ClientArea. 
2. Select "Service Management" for the respective Cable/DSL package.
3. Select "Login Details" from the left page contents listing.
4. Select "PPPoE User Manager" in main body of page.

DSL Line Settings : ATM (Required for 6Mbps & 15Mbps packages)

1. VPI / VCI: 0 / 33
2. DSL Latency: Path0
3. DSL Link Type: EoA
4. Encapsulation Mode: LLC
5. Service Type: UBR Without PCR

DSL Line Settings : PTM (25Mbps and up packages)

1. Please uncheck 802.11a & 802.11q related fields.
2. PTM settings simpler than ATM.
