Today at exactly 5:30pm, our Engineers will need to unplug and move the Shaw Fiber.

The unplug and plug will takes about 30 to 60 seconds, Cable Internet Connection will be a hard down at that time.

If connection wasn't restored by 60 seconds, please do a 5 minute power cycle of the modem.
