Earlier we have some issue with our core switches. Our backend engineers are aware and currently working to fix the problem. They will give us an update after 30 minutes.
UPDATE (7:10:25 PM PST) : We just received an update from our backend according to them main switches back to service. Service should starting resume. But will have performance issue. Please power cycle your devices and retest your connection.
