There will be NO action required by the user.
Shaw will be performing a maintenance to update the user profiles to all the Cable users. The provisioning happens at about 5am oct 19. It should be very fast, 30 minutes to blast out all the profiles.
Once the modem received the new profile, it will automatically update, reboot and restore service in about 1 minute. There will be NO action required by the user.
