News: UnmeteredDSL - AB/BC Network Capacity Upgrade

Telus has expanded DSL capacity, we have worked and tested with Telus to migrate user to off load the congested POPs.

We will begin to move DSL circuits to the new Telus ERX this week and continue up to next week. Migration is expected to be completed by the end of the month.

There will be 2 to 5 minutes interruption during the hours of 2am to 4am everyday.
We have test moved 220 circuits and there is no action required on the customer end as customer device set to auto retry login, however if customer device not login, please reboot devices and it should be able login.
